Fair Royalty Payments
We transparently outline the payment structure, ensuring our artists understand the timing and method of their earnings, including any advances and specific royalty rates.
Rights Clarity
Our contracts clearly define the ownership of recordings, detailing the rights retained by the artist and those held by the label.
Exclusive Recording
We specify the exclusivity terms, if any, requiring the artist to record solely for our label during the contract period.
Contract Duration
The length of our agreement is clearly stated, along with provisions for what occurs in the event of an artist or group disbanding.
Advances
We offer non-returnable advances that are recoupable against future royalties, providing financial support to our artists upfront.
Reasonable Deductions
Deductions are limited to recording costs and personal advances, with a policy against cross-collateralization to protect our artists’ earnings.
Release Commitment
We commit to securing releases for the tracks our artists record, ensuring their music reaches their audience.
